« Super bel hôtel, très sécuritaire. De beaux endroits pour aller s'assoir dehors, avec des couvertures à porter de main sur le bord de l'eau en plus. Le déjeuner était aussi très bon avec une belle variété. le menu du restaurant aussi est bon mais un peu cher. Le personnel était juste parfait. Disponible, à l'écoute et allait toujours de ,avant pour nous aider dans notre séjour. Recommande sans hésiter....:-) »

« Nice clean hotel, located very close to Plaza d’Armas. All the staff members are very nice, helpful and friendly except for one lady with glasses, who works the reception in the evening. She was rude, always on her phone and acted like we were disturbing her. She even told me not to get was from the dining area even if the other receptionist in the morning said I could help myself. Other than this employee the others were so helpful. They even made me a breakfast box to go as I had to leave...

« Déçue de l’hotel, l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et notre chambre etait au 8e etage. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pour la douche . Nous n’avions pas de papier de toilette mais lorsqu’ils l’ont su ils sont venus nous en porter rapidement. La nuit c’etait froid dans le lit. Située dans un bel endroit proche de boutiques et de restaurants. Le buffet dejeuner etait tres bien »

"La chambre était très bien très propres, mais ce qui a le plus retenu mon attention, c'est la gentillesse du personnel, je suis arrivé avec une voiture et comme il n'y avait pas de stationnement un gentil messieurs et venu avec moi dans ma voiture pour me montrer ou me stationner.. il avait un parapluie pour le retour a l'hôtel a pied, le resto très bien aussi"

"Déçue de l’hotel, l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et notre chambre etait au 8e etage. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pour la douche . Nous n’avions pas de papier de toilette mais lorsqu’ils l’ont su ils sont venus nous en porter rapidement. La nuit c’etait froid dans le lit. Située dans un bel endroit proche de boutiques et de restaurants. Le buffet dejeuner etait tres bien"

"Super bel hôtel, très sécuritaire. De beaux endroits pour aller s'assoir dehors, avec des couvertures à porter de main sur le bord de l'eau en plus. Le déjeuner était aussi très bon avec une belle variété. le menu du restaurant aussi est bon mais un peu cher. Le personnel était juste parfait. Disponible, à l'écoute et allait toujours de ,avant pour nous aider dans notre séjour. Recommande sans hésiter....:-)"
